Before going home with you, your puppy will have had a full physical exam, and be cleared of all parasites by our veterinarians. Your puppy will also have all age appropriate vaccinations before departure. Our contract will require you to have your puppy examined by your veterinarian, within 72 hours from the time of pick up, to have a full physical exam, and fecal exam. This will help thoroughly establish that you have adopted a healthy puppy. Your pups initial exam will help you establish a relationship with your new veterinarian, as well as get your puppy started on preventive care products such as heartworm and flea/tick preventative medications. If your puppy is proven to be anything but healthy at your first 72 hour vet exam, we will be happy to take the puppy back, and offer you a full refund of the purchase price. We will make every effort to work towards a healthy and happy outcome for you and your pup. Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
